Now out of shape and overweight…getting back to it. I’d give the bench 4.5 stars, if I could. -0.5 due to the well maligned gap between the pads. Other than that, only praises. Love the bench. Gonna wear it out, if I can…but not likely. I go to the gym often when I feel like training at home I use the bench with the dumbbells. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
